INTINERARY
The Nono-Mindo ride begins in the northwest of Quito at an altitude of 3200 m and descends to 1250 m.a.s.l.
In this amazing journey you will have the opportunity to bike up to 50 km.
This outstanding bike tour will take you from the slopes of Guagua Pichincha volcano, to the cloud forest of Bellavista, famous worldwide for its diversity. This quaint dirt road offers great opportunities for bird watching (hummingbirds, tanagers, among others) as well as breathtaking landscapes of our varied Ecuador. This trip is perfect for nature lovers and bikers of all abilities. During this awesome journey, we will ride through different ecologic and climatic zones so you will witness the diversity that Ecuador offers its visitors.
The bike tour ends with a visit to one of the most amazing hummingbird sanctuaries. Return to Quito or we can arrange to extend your trip for more days to explore the cloud forest .

Local authorities manage the quarantine system of the Galapagos National Park in order to reduce the possibility of foreign species invading the archipelago. All cargo and luggage that arrives to Galapagos National Park or that is transferred from one island to another must be inspected. All aircrafts are disinfected with Permethrin before landing. To preserve human health and the native species of the Galapagos Islands, the following products may not be transferred to Galapagos: fresh vegetables and fruits, animal products and or their derivatives, dairy products, other live animals, pathological samples, dry coffee beans, genetically modified organisms, forest species or their disseminative parts, grass and its disseminative parts, fresh flowers, medicinal plants and their disseminative parts, banana tree leaves, micro-organisms (fungi, bacteria, etc.) soil and sand, and animal vaccines.
